Backup Policy

Osmond Technologies, LLC

Osmond Technologies, LLC provides structured backup services to help protect your website and data. This policy outlines how backups are created, stored, and restored, as well as your responsibilities as the data owner.

1. Standard Weekly Backups

Osmond Technologies, LLC creates a full backup of your website once per week.

Each new backup overwrites the previous week’s backup.

If an issue occurs with your website, we can provide a copy of the most recent backup available.

Backup Stability

While we make every reasonable effort to maintain reliable backups, we cannot guarantee:

• the stability of backup files

• the integrity of customer data

• recovery from corrupted or incomplete backups

For this reason, we strongly encourage clients to maintain their own backup routines as needed.

2. Client-Managed Backups

Clients are responsible for creating and managing any additional backups beyond the weekly backup included with hosting.

If you are unfamiliar with creating or restoring backups, we can assist you for a one-time fee of $10 per website.

3. Custom Backup Schedules

For clients requiring more frequent backups, Osmond Technologies, LLC offers a custom backup schedule for a monthly fee of $25.

This service includes:

• custom backup frequency

• off-cycle on-demand backups

• assistance with restoring data as needed

4. Managed Services Clients

If you are enrolled in our Managed Services Program, all backups—including custom schedules—are provided at no additional cost.
